@rosemarywoolley8394 No, there's a question of whether anyone told him before starting to record - would you not tell him? Also, possibly he presents this way deliberately and as an actor in politics, as with Alexander Boris Johnson their public role playing gives some insight into how straight (or not) they're being with the public.

The idea that a normal person in the position of the interview crew would have told him about his collar Before filming Or The idea that perhaps professional actors involved in politics might engage in some planned image branding?
