  4. The most irresponsible neighborhood. Guns in unlocked cars, expensive tools, pocketbooks. They'd still blame anyone but themselves if they left their wallets, bank cards, and pin numbers on their doorsteps.

  5.  @user-kx5mx8jm7v  The narrative of this case implies that, but it's ridiculous. People are absolutely allowed to visit other neighborhoods in other communities. The trouble lies when entitled racists feel they can pick and choose who they deem worthy enough to allow in. Also in the US it depends how racist the state you live in. Generally southern states like Texas Alabama FL GA have a different set of rules for black Americans. Northern states have fewer racists and are more accepting.
