  1. It's one less thing to give the defense. You can bet they would blame someone else as the father. Child support can be paid for by anyone. The courts don't ask for proof, only if the father/mother/partner denies it or knows it not to be true.

  3.  @thischarminglovehound2376  FYI, only about 2 to 5 percent of criminal cases go to trial. Most plead out because it makes sense when there is substantial evidence of guilt. Just saying, BTW.

  4. I know. And she waited 18 months to ask. She put a lot of thought into asking what was rightfully due to Dominic. She seemed like a nice person and a loving mother. He was bad as can be and she saw the best in him. It's tragic all around. 😿👩👩‍👧
