  8.  @AlptekinGhulja  Not really. Original Uygurs lived at North. Later Tan empire allow Uygurs to settle here in 7 century after defeat from Kyrgizs. But in 14-16 century Uygurs were mostly genozided/assimilated by muslim invaders todays turk-speaking inhabitants got name Uygurs only in 1924 at kurultai in Tashkent
