  1.  @countrysamurai  Yes.... The captain should have jacked up out of the water and waited the storm out. Then again... the barge could have been in too deep of water at the time. Its just my opinion.

  3. The legs is in retracted postion.. It looks like it was in travel mode to me. I worked offshore for 18 years.
