I remember when tasers was sold to the public as non lethal defensive weapons.. self proclaimed heroes was tasing people to death left and right while medical examiners ruled the deaths under lying health conditions until they tased the coroner to death in Cameron Louisiana. All of the sudden it became a huge problem and today tasers are being used like an electric whip.
