Henry and his friends will eat it up like chocolate cake.... city and county leaders pay themselves huge saliares while poor people loose their family homes due to sky high taxes in Laredo. Two city managers have been paid 2 million in a 3 year period....the average income in Laredo is 16,000 and most of the population depend on welfare and food stamps. It's almost unbelievable.
