  23. I have a question. Do you think people should trust the justice system if a grand jury indictment can be ignored or thrown out? A grand jury indicted a sheriffs deputy in Bexar county Texas and the D.A. refused to prosecute.

I've traveled the world with my job in the oilfields and have seen some crazy things...I will bet my left nut super trooper would not even think about acting like this in a place like Mexico because they don't file complaints and wait for the old we have investigated ourselves and found no wrong doing excuses.
