They are of course strong and independent at 18, don’t you dare say otherwise, but in case of being liable for any wrongdoings they'd apparently act like they were a silly little easily influenced teen that didn’t know what was happening at 29…as a law enforcement officer… even if that were true that would still clearly indicate her being unsuitable for her job anyway, imagine hearing that there are police officers that can’t even deal with being groomed themselves like a docile kitten, and those are the people supposed to protect you. This is exactly why people can’t take women seriously in these professions

  20. The problem is pride month in itself and it’s crazy to me how people are either unable to grasp or unwilling to say that. The rest of the world doesn’t have this weird "one month is a group of people" type thing, it’s just an American invention. You shouldn’t relegate such things to only one specific month because what inevitably happens is exactly this. Companies are not behaving any differently, they behave exactly like during Christmas time, which is also around a month, this is just a result of having this pride month in the first place. It annoys people that don’t want anything to do with LGBT stuff because it’s shoved into their face where ever they go all month, and it annoys the people that do want it normally because no one cares before or after and because it all feels so fake catered to by some companies that are only doing this because they’re desperate for DEI points. Just get rid of all these "months"

It’s just what managing a workforce is like, you hire and fire. But every time there are layoffs people for some reason act like they run a children’s hospital and asked all the patients to leave. You don’t have to like it, but it’s just in the nature of running any company, even non-profit ones because you can’t pay to employ every person in the world. I mean no one celebrates if a company hires 1000 people that weren’t qualified, but you better believe there to be a huge shitstorm if 100 get layed off for underperforming.
