Systemic racism isn't a thing today anymore either, there is no systemic oppression of any minority, like laws and regulations they are free to do all the exact same things. Arguably it has started with white people though, like big tech companies in silicon valley actively not hiring white people because they’re white. You could NEVER get awax with that when it would be any other race
