It’s not like shareholders want management that does a poor job, they want a management that provides the product or service that customers want. If they screw this up the managementis responsible for it themselves, they’re adults capable of making their own decisions. But I already know condescension is one of the core principles of communism. Treating people capable of making their own decisions like children is all you do
