"Menstrual leave" is so funny because it’s like they’re openly saying that women are just less qualified for the job because they need a day off every month, a day that a man could work, but still say it’s important to hire women over men, and THEN they say "no actually it’s all based on merit" 😂 Ok, if it was all merit based, you wouldn’t hire a single woman because apparently you believe they need to take a day off for "menstrual leave"
