To be honest, this is different from those eco freaks that just randomly destroy paintings, this had a specific target here of Balfour who signed the 1917 Balfour Declaration so it’s not just destroying a random painting "to save the environment" or something like that. That said though, destroying historical art like this is never okay and this should be severely punished. It’s not a justification or anything

  2. No one claims it's priceless, it’s not like it’s one of the greatest pieces of artwork or anything, it was just a portrait of the PM of Britain at the time. Nothing that exceptional
