  1. Me I lived in Brooklyn my whole life. I don't think developers understand the history of how Brooklyn was made and how beautiful each neighborhood has to offer. They understand it but they ignore it. For me I wouldn't want tall buildings in my neighborhood because I don't think it's necessary to build taller. I think they should focus on restoration rather than demolishing for new buildings. Brookyln is known for its brownstones houses and other styles houses and apartments, it really makes our neighborhood beautiful when the sun shines and in our neighborhoods people left some really beautiful ornate buildings here. Sadly some of them are being demolished for these new buildings which I don't find them so attractive becuase it segregates the neighborhood. The owners that sell these houses say to their neighbors that they will come back, but rent price has increased and that means they will unlikely comeback since they cannot afford it. All of our 5 boroughs have something unique to tell. Just becuase our city is big doesn't mean we need to make it bigger. We don't need it, it's unnecessary. If you read this we'll thank you for reading this becuase this is coming from a person whose lived in Brooklyn for a long time and i think it's changing a lot but I hope it doesn't change so much.

  2.  @ahmedzakikhan7639  mostly bad becuase they kick us out so they can build there luxury buildings for specific people and forces us new Yorkers to move somewhere else. Plus there buildings are ugly.

  4. I agree I don't think we should demolish old buildings becuase they have a story to tell and they have history.
