  2. Skyscrapers make a city look boring at the end of the day since all of them are glass buildings. It destroys the uniqueness of a city and makes it look the same. 58 billion dollars worth of shit! Cool city at the beginning then it will be ugly in the future and deteriorate.

I think it's better with a city to develop naturally from population growth and migration, and architects, city planners, engineers, and construction workers with time build a city that connects to the old city and is good quality. A smart city what they want to call it will have many problems in the future becuase of poor design, poor critical thinking, and unsustainable materials. Let people migrate and naturally create the city.
