  1. Yes today even modern architecture is running the look of restuarant chains. The technology of today is great but the ability of creating beautiful architecture isn't unfortunately. Just very mundane architecture.

  2.  @mint-o5497  not really when one is being built and is the dominant style which is modern or contemporary but im confused when they call it contemporary becuase contemporary means " at its present moment"
