  1.  @wertsdfg7579  what makes them expensive is the technology, the digital technology that those apartments give, how about the building technology, i bet you don't have an answer for that becuase most likely you know what answer it is. It's bad or it's cheap. I dont lie when i say older styles are better and far durable than these fast cheap ugly buildings being made becuase they used strong and durable natural materials in their exteriors and interiors, they have unanatural, artificial material that makes a house feel like sheetrock and plastic combined together which give it that horrible feel and look and they are pricey too which doesn't make any sense.

  3.  @wertsdfg7579  i know what a townhouse is, but that is just very cheap and very ugly architecture. Me as a soon to be architect i would've put more diversity in architecture into that town. Just an ugly dystopian town where everywhere is being made, which is uninspiring.

  9.  @truethots3088  yes many times, i know them too well and yeah there are other options, why not let urban planners who know the area well and architects who know about african architecture to create their towns, that way a city doesn't feel artificial. Now you let a real estate who doesn't know nothing about great architecture and lets ugly architecture continue to be created then we end up with trash such as this which is horrible.
