  3.  @ItachiUchiha-bt1mx  you're wrong!That's revenge and you watching others suffer to make you feel good makes you bad too. He could be bad but don't let yourself become bad. To me capital punishment is wrong, there may be bad people out there but you shouldn't be one. Just let him be he is in jail and he won't leave for a while. He may become good but only if he changes.

  4. The problem was that he was depressed, he was alone, he felt rejected and this caused him to have these dark thoughts of hating people. He lost his parents, he was bullied, his family didn't pay attention to his problems and he liked guns. Loneliness causes serious mental illnesses like depression, social anxiety, becoming anti social which is not good at all. People who are in these situations have a hard time understanding other people. If he were to go to a physchologist he would get the help that he needs. But it was too late,he still killed 17 people that were innocent and didn't do nothing to him and by law that does deserve incarceration. He can change but only if he wants to. That's all I want to say.
