Nothing bad, me I'm also a gen Z but I guess we are fed up or we don't want to be a slave for a huge company like in the late 60's up to 90's but I guess we have this vision that we can do the things that make us happy which is fine. The only bad thing about us is that we are too anxious and not confident enough with ourselves because we want to be perfect and not have this fear of rejection or I think we are too independent that one can feel lonely and make us anxious to speak to other people.

Working a 9-5 is some cultural problem that we all grew up with. this mentality came from the old people way of working, when they die, it's our turn to control the world and do it like we want to. I hope our generation doesn't fall for it. We should only work for what's important, not work for extra bs.
