Yes, and that's exactly why it's gotten so expensive. Demand has skyrocketed, and people feel entitled to university and don't seem to care about the cost until it's too late, and then whine that everyone else should pay for it because it's too expensive. Still bot getting the message that there are too many there, and having everyone else pay for it would only make that problem worse

You're right that the problem isn't wokeness, but it definitely isn't helping. I checked my university's spend on DEI bureaucracy, and just the salaries for these people was 15 million. And these parasites are only there because they got useless degrees and so had to have positions invented in order to pay back the loans that they should never have taken out. Plus, when universities become woke indoctrination centers, it reduces the value of degrees to businesses who don't want to deal with troublemakers Also, as a researcher, it is incredibly frustrating to have so many admin people, and to still have to go through a 2 week long process every time we need basic crap like nitrile gloves and kimwipes.
