  1. As a physicist, I can tell you exactly why this didn’t work: energy conservation. If you generated the HHO with external power, you probably would get that increase in efficiency, at least with sufficient flow rate. But you’re using energy to generate the HHO, and the absolute best you can hope for is to get that same energy back, which you won’t because every step of conversion incurs losses.
