8:25 I mean... this is what all of libtertarianism is about... believe it or not, a great many roads were built privately and paid for by tolls. Roads are also all built and designed by private businesses here, the government just specifies where the road needs to go and how many lanes etc, and pays for it. It's possoble for smaller town level governments or entirely private entities to do these things. Just because you personally don't know how doesn't mean others don't
