Also, sunscreen doesn't block 100%, and it's much better to have gentler exposure over longer time by just doing activities outside with sunscreen than this to go to a tanning booth. Ionizing radiation damage is always happening in our bodies, just most of the time at a very low rate. It's a rate issue, blasting so fast that your cells can't fix the damage taste enough is bad
