  1. 1:35 Yes. We “tolerate” trump’s misdeeds because no candidate is simultaneously “clean” and willing to do what’s necessary for the good of the country. I was wound up by the media before he was president, but looking back, he had a positive effect. He started shutting down our presence in Afghanistan, he didn’t start a single war, cost of living and fuel stayed lower, and didn’t escalate tension with Russia. He tried to warn Europe to get ready for Russia trying something and they didn’t listen until it was too late

Almost no traditional media is doing hard hitting truth finding journalism, it’s mostly just opinion pieces and ad reads. People laughed at trump talking about fake news, and then the news proved him right. People laughed at trump for taking the border seriously, now look at New York. People laughed at trump for telling Europe to limit dependence on Russian oil and ramp up their military contributions to NATO, he was laughed at, and Russia proved him right. He’s not a saint, but he’s able to see and gives any amount of a damn about doing what’s needed for this country
