  1.  @nobodylmportant Yeah I understand parking tickets, and I have paid for several over the many years I’ve driven, but booting a car is shit. You cannot move and are trapped at that location unless you happen to be able to pay 200$ to get it off right this instant, and have a cell phone that isn’t dead. Plus the property damage aspect.

  2. I think it’s as simple as resale value. People do the same thing with houses. Buy a house with two bedrooms that are small, it’s a big nono to combine them into a larger nice room that you’d like better, because you’re worried about resale value and the number of bedrooms
