  4. American citizens mostly only find out when there's a war becsuse the establishment decides they should know about it. This war has been going on for 10 years and people are only becoming aware of it now because it's affecting their amazon deliveries. Almost no one will ever even be aware of the US involvement in the conflict, and this ambivalence and ignorance is how we end up with perpetual war without accountability.
