Half the reason people like healthy fit people is because it's damn near impossible to fake the commitment and self control that it takes to achieve that.   2. 8:00 Tecjnically, your body does adjust energy allocation over time, which is why progress is easier at first and then slows, but when you keep the energy budget red enough for long enough, you will get to a lower weight and stay there. What happens with people like this woman is that they get to the point that progress slows and give up, instead of pushing harder
