13:08 You're talking as if these skills are all unrelated. Reading maps and clocks teaches you a bunch of generally useful patterns of thinking and skills that are much more general. Plus, kids shouldn't even have smartphones. It's like giving crack to a baby. Kids should know how to get home on their own, not just because they might have to, but because it exercises the brain in generally important ways
