This was a given until a few decades ago, but now we have to ask for it because the average woman’s weight has increased by like 30 pounds in the past few decades while the average man’s weight has stayed about the same. And most women expect the same from men, but just don’t say it because they know it makes anyone look bad to have a laundry list of demands in what is supposed to be a passage about who you are
