But paternity fraud is one of the biggest problems of our time so if that's what it takes... Really I would prefer men just sack up and get the test whether their woman is gonna be shitty about it. The problem is that itls so rare for men to do it, women expect to get away with it. Bu I would really prefer cultural chabge over government involvement
