  1. 5:35 Well it's not impossible. It's just that it freezes the economy because hoarding instead of spending makes more sense. And it makes it harder to pay off debt. But what can be done is stopping inflation, pinning currency to gold standard again, removing all the illegal aliens, reducing taxation, etc. These things will all dramatically improve affordability even though technically there isn't a lowering of dollar price.
