  2. Jeff I think you'll find the Ukrainian losses and desertion rates are emboldening to the Russians. The Cauldron established in the final parts of Lugansk are frightening with 10's of thousands of Ukrainian elite troops now surrounded. They are simply cannon fodder. Once those entrenched lines built up over 8 years are overrun east and central Ukraine will be a picnic for the Russians. There needs to be talks now .
