To claim (3 times) that Russia attack schools and playgrounds!!! Yep those evil Russians.(sarc). Though 2 civilian targets were hit 1. a university attended by Stephan Bandera (I'm sure you've heard of him) and honured by the institution. 2. was a museum devoted to Roman Shukhevych, (Nazi) another revered and honored forefather of the Ukrainian west population.

Guess not but they were deliberate. And incidentally Russia does not waste its expensive missiles on civilian targets. Cudos to Anders pointing out that damage to civilian residents are air defence missiles and that Russia target millitary targets.
