  1. Modi is looking at competing with China and looking forward to outpace eventually. Modi believes this cannot be achieved by a being a Democracy. He wants to play the global game with the same rules as China i.e. with an authoritarian rule. Adani has been given an all clear, so no more rules, just go and get the things done.
