  2. Yes SG, UNFORTUNATELY! Its going to be unfortunate as long as blue-collar-crime'& 'White-collar-crime and treated differently. Blue-collar crime gets the full force from the LAW White-collar crime gets only some hue & cry for a while but are TOO BIG to jail.
