These are worldwide decimation attacks by an unseen enemy and yet practically very defensible against extreme death tolls by common sense affordable measures. Any head of state such as Covfefe the half-orangutan who doesn't implement those measures is a genocidist. We don't execute our presidents no matter how vile, but luckily he has many cohorts. So the Army should sharpen their swords and get the tribunals ready, because a lot of genocidists will be run through and sent to their maker and their wealth redistributed!
