I can't explain your hypothetical medical case because it's hypothetical. I'd have to dig into how the case was presented, and again, I can't do that when you're presenting a hypothetical counterargument. Here, there were experts who testified to quantify the reputational harm caused by Giuliani. I believe that was considered as actual damages. And then there were the punitive damages, which were based on trying to figure out Giuliani's net worth and what punitive damages would be enough to, well, punish him. This has already been explained to you multiple times. If you weren't so obtuse you'd already know these things from just cursory review of the proceedings.

  33. There's no counterbalance in the Taco Supreme Court's questions. We have a hole in the system, if you're going to allow one thing, you have to counterbalance with another. Everything here is just lopsided. One side wants to protect the system, the other wants to blatantly exploit and destroy it.
