  3.  @hialeahtheo  That's a good idea in theory, but it's proving to be problematic. Without adequate competition I don't think either party will be motivated to change.

  5.  @hialeahtheo  It would also be "cheaper and easier" to just wait for Pelosi and the rest of the old guard to just die off. Somehow "cheap and easy" just doesn't feel like an appropriate benchmark.
