@xmaseveeve5259 Who cares that you don't buy it? Doesn't invalidate the events, despite your most fervent wishes.
11
@brolohalflemming7042 You should write more sci-fi for profit.
6
@dfuher968 The mental conflict that should occur with the deniers is, well, missing. They are so used to recycling and making up shit when addressing various topics that clashes are not even noticed.
5
@JackTheripper911 Hitchens Razor applies. Any claim made without evidence can be rejected without evidence. Claims that we never made it to the Moon are baseless, and are therefore rejected. Simple.
4
@Kopie0830 Ooooh, I'm destroyed!
4
@MrMarco855 And Apollo 13 didn't go anywhere near the Moon? Try harder, this time with evidence.
3
@MrMarco855 Just like you.
3
@xmaseveeve5259 Good luck making that fantasy become real.
2
@MrMarco855 There wasn't one. Try harder if you're hoping for a gotcher moment.

Plenty of the weak and stupid willing to dive into that rabbit hole.
1
@lorichet And you are very wrong in believing that Apollo never made it beyond LEO. Pathetic rumormongerer.
1
@rondear6130 And it doesn't take much bullshit to convince the conspiracy retards that we never went to the Moon. Besides, having made the commitment to the fantasy that we never went there, no amount of evidence to the contrary will ever be enough to convince them that they bought a crock. Not even the Artemis missions will have the slightest impact on them.
1
@piper888 And maybe you'd like to conclude from this observation that they didn't go to the moon?
1
@nsayer The movies Capricorn One and Conspiracy Theory have a lot to answer for.

John Cleese also pulled the plug on Fawlty Towers when it was at its peak - for the same reason that Watterson did. However, Cleese went on to be a highly visible public figure while Watterson took up painting.
1
@williejohnson487 Your ignorance is such that a measured response would be wasted. Please go play on the freeway.

The only way that Captain James Kirk could have landed at Botany Bay in 1770 would have been with the help of Mr. Spock's calculations enabling time travel. Maybe they landed at Wallarby Island instead.
1
Bullshit, just bullshit.

@looneytoons2878 Who said that it shriveled up? Who told you it was shrink wrap? Click on that photo number and actually read and listen. It refers to "its protective plastic wrapping..", and NOT shrink wrap. You'll have to look elsewhere for your "gotcha" moment.
1
@looneytoons2878 Link please.
1
@looneytoons2878 Actually, I have found an article, purportedly by Duke himself, 43 years later, wherein he does say that shrink wrap doesn't do so well in that environment. We seem to have 2 statements by him saying slightly different things. I can't tell which is more accurate, and am not prepared to lose any sleep over it. Cheers.
1
@looneytoons2878 Mainly because the Rover was not inside the Lunar Module. Have a good look and you may find some footage of one being deployed.
1
@looneytoons2878 And where was the real Rover? Don't tell me - Area 51, awaiting UFO transport to Kubrick's sound stage in Times Square behind a big canvas screen.
1
@bassw1758 OK, let's see what he said that represents a gotcha moment for you. Link please.

What a pity that Buzz wasn't 30 years younger. He could have done a proper job on that brainless prick.
1
@Kopie0830 Why should he be bullied into complying with the demands of a braindead moron confronting him in public? And what if Buzz is not religious? Can your tiny mind manage any of that?
1
@appletile2887 And asteroids.
