  1. Evicting a genuine tenant is one thing - finding some unknown person/s brazenly inhabiting your house is TOTALLY different. They are no different from someone breaking in while you're there - and that DOES lead to police action. Arrest should be immediate and the offenders jailed. Just why this can't happen indicates a seriously broken legal system where the two types of unwelcome occupant seem to be considered somehow equal.
