  4. More than 4 minutes trying fruitlessly to get him to exit the vehicle. FFS, he's a confirmed sovcit and is quite happy to sit there all day chatting with you. Two commands, max, then out he comes. Watch the videos of other cops who take no crap at all from sovcits. It may help you.

  8. A foreign national, no identifiable name and no passport, eh? Well, we have a procedure for that. We call the Feds who come and take you to a detention center where other foreign nationals await deportation. And no passport? Now, that could be tricky. With no recognized country to which to deport you, that makes you stateless. Just how long would you like to stay in that detention center before you wake the fuck up and cop the fine for no license, registration and insurance? Remember the Tom Hanks movie The Terminal? Nasseri spent 18 YEARS in an airport terminal before being permitted to go to a country prepared to accept him. You want some of that? We got the time.
