  1. Good luck with that. The people who put him there have been working for YEARS on how to overcome the least resistance to the Heritage Foundation's plans. Trump is likely quite unaware of how little he is a part of the big plan. They'll let him work on his hit list and his international meddling while they beaver away in the background, as always. I'd be worrying more about his likely replacement.

  14. This will stretch out over years, not the weeks that ordinary citizens can expect. If he gets jailed, which is unlikely, it will be well after the next presidency. That will keep things at boiling point, which will serve nobody except the rapacious media, which will keep things as hot as possible, for as long as possible.

He's right on point when he says that Trump is full of hints and clues for his rabid followers who will be only too happy to finish his sentences for him (as they did on 6 January 2021) by persecuting those who spoke or acted against him. Maybe they could wear brown or black shirts so that we can identify them better. The streets certainly won't be safe when (not if) they are mobilised by Trump's deputies when he is defeated yet again at the polls.

  23. I suspect that the people behind him have solid plans for both him and Vance. Now that Trump has won the election for them, they need him only as cover for what they have in mind. Trump will play his dopey revenge and deportation games, and the press will happily keep them in the headlines while the real heavy lifting happens behind the scenes.

What makes you think that any administration will pursue him, even if the Democrats win in 2028? Sorry, but history is on my side. Trump will most likely die of old age without having spent a day in jail, or paid a penny in penalties, for his crimes, thanks to his legal team and the inertia/unwillingness of the legal system itself. Jack Smith? Great guy, but unlikely ever to get to reactivate any charges.
