KSP might be unprofessional, but at least KPS starts out with the basic grasp of "big rocket underneath, sealed capsule for pilot, big parachute the pilot can trigger in front." If his goal was to prove the stereotypes wrong he did an abyssmal job of it.

  4.  @Mezzimo  It's not systemic. Go back as little as twenty years in the US, ten in Europe, and none of this could be found. This is not systemic, this is recent and very much reversible.
