  1. "You can think of a neural net as a series of layers, read from left to right." Not always true, especially in the smarter ones. Many are recursive, passing data through the layers multiple times.

  2. This all sounds like analog computers are going to be peripherals to digital computers. Digital computers make high level decisions while analogs executed them.
