If you don't want photos leaked don't take the photos, and absolutely don't share them, upload them, or store them somewhere vulnerable. If you absolutely have to have intimate photos of yourself for whatever perverted reason keep them in an air-gapped, isolated system. No direct connections what so ever. Basic internet safety. Don't upload or share what you don't want the entire world to see, don't create something you don't want to exist, and take basic precautions with the things you do create. This sort of thing was common knowledge in the 90s and early 2000s.

3:35 What is wrong with you? Who the hell abbreviates "millions" to "mio"?

People who take photos of themselves on their personal spy device and don't expect them to be proliferated in some manner are idiots. Freedom and privacy is non-existent in today's society. If you point your smart phone's camera at something it might be filming or taking photos, regardless of if the app is open. If you say something within the range of the microphone it can be recording or transcribing what you are saying and transmitting it. It could be the manufacturer, a random hacker, your service provider, or your favorite three letter agency, but there's always the chance that someone is recording or watching. "But I haven't done anything illegal and I'm not a celeb, why would anyone be watching me?" Doesn't matter. Companies want data to harvest to train their algorithms, governments want to monitor and suppress dissent, and hackers want money. Edit: And some people just want nudes.
