  1. A friend of mine got to take over a senior cat that had been seriously overfed. I don't know how much he actually weighed, but he was seriously heavy and he looked like a gray pear when he sat down. It took many, many months to get him down to a healthier size. Nowadays he's a healthy shape, a lot more active, and plays a lot despite his advanced age.
