  1. As a Swede, I have only met 2 people who were religious. The priests I've know through life were not as focused on the religion as they were on the lessons to be learned and the help it can give people when they need moral support.

  2. I was never a theist. Religion never made sense to me as a kid. It's all miracles and the supernatural, none of which I saw in the world around me. Later once I went to school there was the fact that there's so many religions and how much each of them contradict each other, and how science described the actual world around me in a consistent and logical manner. It just seemed like fiction, like any other fantasy book series. I do find it interesting, same as I find other hypothetical fictional worlds and systems, whether fantasy or sci-fi. That said, I'm more agnostic than atheist, though if there are gods then I don't think any religion describes them accurately, since I don't see any evidence of them doing the things that are claimed of them.
