  1. 4:00 Gore, blood, and death doesn't bother me. I'm an internet veteran. I have seen things like a lady wrapped around a truck wheel like some kind of demeted yoyo and terrorist hostages executed by slowly sawing their heads off, but I have to say that seeing human flesh displayed in a way that is more typical of meat prepared for consumption is very viscerally disturbing.

  2. (Mind)Set and setting is the bywords to live by when it comes to hallucinogens, or any mind altering substance for that matter, including alcohol. The state of your mind and mood, the expectations you have coming into it, the general state of your life, and the setting you ingested the drug in and plan to be in during the trip are all of vital importance. Do not drink because you are sad, do not take take hallucinogens because you want to escape. Know your substance, know your setting, know yourself, and plan ahead. And with LSD, always remember, if it's bitter then it's a spitter.
