  1. OpenAI is ClosedAI. No surprises there. No AI company is more opaque to scrutiny, either about the AI or about the company itself. Training should only be done on publically available or purchased materials. If you release something you own to be publically available then that's on you and it's fair game, but anything you have to pay to access should be paid for.
