I have been taking alpha GPC (choline) for about 2 and 1/2 years now, it has made a huge difference for me. This is just one of the many things I do, I use estrogen replacement now, too! Surely wish I would have listened to my doctor on this long before I started it ☹️ but, I feel great and have no brain fog. I am 55 😁☀️

@Scottlp2 I would have trouble recalling names, words, my thoughts! Just a general sense of confusion quite often. I was very scared. I have added other supplements that Dr Bredesen and his team have suggested, now too. Coffee fruit extract and phosphatidylserine (whew!) I avoid processed food and eat a lot of fresh veggies.

@carollynt I have had a hysterectomy, so it is not a concern for me. If you have a uterus, etc. You must take progesterone with the estrogen!

@antoinettemoore7625 There are SO MANY ways to replace the estrogen loss. Pills, patches, rings. I use it to AVOID DEMENTIA.

@tellmemoreplease9231 I take Alpha -Glyceryl phosphoryl choline 300mg tabs daily. I have added phosphatidylserine 100mg.,and lithium orotate 5mg. I also take a product from Swanson vitamins called Pure Brainpower because it has ingredients recommended by Dr Dale Bredesen.
